Step 1: Sealing (L Sealer Unit)

Products are manually or automatically placed inside theshrink film sleeve(usually center-folded), and positioned on the sealing area. TheL-shaped sealing bladecomes down to cut and seal the film around the product in an "Lï shapeïsealing both the horizontal and vertical edges in one step.

Step 2: Shrinking (Shrink Tunnel)

Once sealed, the product is moved on a conveyor through theshrink tunnel, wherehigh-temperature air circulationcauses the shrink film to wrap tightly around the product. This gives it aprofessional, transparent, wrinkle-free finish.
