How to Operate

1. Power On
   Plug in the FR-400 and turn on the main switch. Wait for the heating element to reach desired temperature.

2. Set Temperature & Speed
   Choose appropriate heat settings depending on film type (typically 160250C) and desired speed.

3. Feed Pouch Horizontally
   Place filled pouch mouth on the conveyor; the machine grips and pulls it toward the sealing jaws.

4. Sealing in Progress
   The pouch passes through the heated bands and is sealed shut. Cooling fan assists in setting the seal.

5. Collect Sealed Product
   Finished pouches come out perfectly sealedready for dispatch, storage, or retail shelf.
